We were doing a 3 week biking tour through Europe, (EuroVelo 15); and flying into and out of Frankfurt with our bike boxes. I emailed them ahead of time to ask if it would be ok to assemble our bikes in the room. They emailed back and saw that I had a second reservation in 3 weeks and said assembling the bikes in the room is fine; and we could also store our bike boxes in their luggage room for the 3 weeks. It was great to be able to store all the packing materials, tools, and our boxes for our trip rather than try to find boxes before our flight home. The staff even offered to get us luggage carts from the airport and bring them to the hotel on our return. Over the top service, and convenient distance from the Airport.

clean place. wanted to make sure not to miss flight from Frankfurt to Ulaanbaatar . I stayed one night in order to avoid stress. Flight Swiss to Frankfurt is very busy snd known as not very reliable.Booked business arrived in time in Frankfurt. But in no way bisiness level. To arrive innFrankfurt was my main target. Next time train would even be easier. arriving at airport and close to the airport hotel.

Midway between airport and train station, we could take all our luggage from the conveyor belt in the airport into our room, and down to the train station without any obstacles. That's brilliant! Great bed, great useful pillows, no merely decorative blankets or pillows, great shower, power plug next to bed, reading lights, excellent soaps, mirrors, hair dryer.

This hotel is directly at the Frankfurt Airport opposite Terminal 1. The room was comfortable and once you orienteered yourself it was pretty easy to get around. If you were flying International you needed Terminal 2. The lounge was nice, we had lunch - rather pricey, but you pay for the convenience.

Raymond

Perfect stay if your flight got canceled and need to stay close to the airport. The breakfast is really good, the rooms are clean and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. It is great that you don't even need to walk out from the airport to get to the hotel.
